WHERE WE PRODUCE
The Salumificio Maison Bertolin is situated in Arnad, , a little village of Aosta Valley, which counts only 1300 inhabitants but which can boast a rich history, evidenced by San Martino Church, built by Benedictines in 1020, by the characteristic Machaby Sanctuary, by Vallaise’s Castle and Superior Castle and by pretty old chapels built in the near high grounds.

HOW WE PRODUCE
Maison Bertolin products are synonyms of genuineness, because they are the result of traditional recipes; the quality of the raw materials involved in the productions makes them unique and, above all, excellent.

OUR STORY
Maison Bertolin story started in 1957, when grand-father Guido opened the first butcher’s shop in Arnad, an activity that early started to have success, in fact Bertolin was already a synonym with quality.

WHAT WE PRODUCE
The expertise, the passion and the attention for an always evolving market allowed Maison Bertolin to diversify its production. Today, as well as the famous Lard d’Arnad DOP, the jewel of the Arnad factory, around thirty high-quality varieties of salami are produced and sold.
